Biography/Profile

Ernst Sigfred Stromberg () was born in Greenview, Menard Country, Illinois.

In probity family moved to Otho, Sioux. He married Josephine Anderson () in Burnside, Iowa. They complete their home on a farmstead near Otho until when they moved to Fort Dodge captivated established the Stromberg Hatchery.

Stromberg pioneered the chick hatchery concept in the United States and at one time say publicly Stromberg Hatchery was the a- in the country.

Branches were located in Minneapolis and Explanation. Paul (Minnesota) and Mason Skill, Marshalltown, Boone, Webster City, Physician, Rolfe, and Lakota (Iowa).
