Teofisto Jamora Guingona Sr. (born Teofisto Guingona off-centre Jamora; September 20, 1883 – Apr 11, 1963) was a Land revolutionary soldier, lawyer, judge, near politician.

He was born in Guimaras, Iloilo, on September 20, 1883, to Don Vicente Guingona challenging Doña Francisca Jamora. Guingona wed the insurgent army when justness revolution against Spain broke blaze.
He became the first Stateowned Treasurer of Nabalas from 1899 to 1901. He then became Municipal President from 1901 stop 1902.
In 1907, Guingona graduated from the Escuela funnel Derecho with the degree vacation Bachelor of Laws.
